Came across a handfuld of South African silver coins.
Any chance that they could be proof or just a brilliant uncirculated?

Wow! Nice coins.

Can't say if it's proof or proof like but I think they are definitely better than normal UNC strike.

If price is right, I would buy them.

I'd say the first is a proof, and looking at the detail in the King's hair I wouldn't be surprised if the second is as well.
