Apologies if this is the wrong forum. TIA for all input and knowledge. I have this "The American Series" "The Presidents", sealed. 1968 D Half Dollar, 1993 P Quarter, 1994 P Dime, 1994 P Nickel, 1974 D Penny. I am wondering if these coins would be considered Uncirculated

Hard to tell from a single picture, but considering that these coins were most likely pulled from circulation before being put into this aftermarket packaging (different dates), I strongly suspect that they are not.

The Half Dollar looks like it might be lightly circulated. Could be wrong.
