I have an uncirculated box of these quarters.

Is it really worth hunting through them for errors? If so, what would I look for?

I ask because I'm really not a nickels roll hunter. I like quarter rolls because the coins are bigger and easier to handle. However, if you guys think it's worth looking through all those nickels, I will.

Thx!

You can search them for Doubled Dies, but just a heads up. There's tons of listings for that year, so it would be very time consuming to match them to known Doubled Dies. If you want to search them, go ahead. https://www2.briansvarietycoins.com/listings/cat/7

Interesting. Use caution--in all my many, many years of roll searching, I've found that rolls appearing to be 'solid' rolls, are not always solid--unless they were US Mint-wrapped and mint sold collector rolls. I've had 'bank' rolls in Loomis wrappers (with fresh looking enders) turn out to have a few other circulated date/mint pieces mixed in with the mint-fresh pieces. You could always consider selling small lots of rolls on ebay.

Pretty sure these are all BU. 50 rolls in the box. both ends of each roll are BU quality.

I'm not into selling rolls on ebay, so maybe just give them back to the bank.

I think you could probably find someone to give you more than face plus shipping for 50 rolls of BU 2005-P OIV nickels. The folks who like hunting for all those doubled die trees would probably love it.

I already tried Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp @120 for the box. Nobody was interested. That's as far as I'll go. There is a guy in our shooting club that said he'd take them for face value, and give them to his grandson to search. I'll probably just do that.
