Just picked this up off the sidewalk. Obv appears to have a raised mark on the cheek and rev appears to be missing the 'e' on dime and also has some other marks on the torch. Definitely appears to be time-worn making it harder to discern.
Please and thank you

Just seeing Post Mint Damage ( PMD) on this coin. The raised marks on the coin could be solder.

It's definitely part of the coin. It's difficult to get a photo that shows what I see even without magnification. I've looked at it through magnification as well and just took a few photos through a stronger power

They are raised so could be die chips.......Missing E is from the damage.

It was hit heavily on the reverse obliterating the E, I expect the raised areas on the obverse are just an artifact from the damage. Whatever was against or struck the obverse had indentations in it leaving the raised areas.
