First impression is AU-50 but I am usually low on these guys, so I'll settle on AU-53 final answer.

I'm not sure the photos are showing what the actual coin looks like. there appears to be some surface issues. surface stains and a possible cleaning is not out of the question. surfaces for a mid AU coin should not be as flat and dull that this one appears to be

AU53 for me but if you pull the trigger make sure you have return privileges. repost if you get to see if we can get better photos. the lighting is a little subdued here
