Good morning was not quite sure what form to use so here I am. Found this 1964 D Lincoln Cent in a coin roll and not sure if this is an error or PMD. I have tried to research but am having trouble finding to much. As far as I can understand could maybe be a rim burr? Part of the rim is missing or flatten and there is an indent right below the date and mint mark. Also, by God we trust, there are some flat spots. Also on the reverse by the of and America there is a flat spot on rim. I can see no scratch marks like if someone had used some kind of tool on it. Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you
Sorry photos are not the best

Not in any way is it an error.
What you have is impossible to happen during the striking of the coin.
It is just damage of some sort.

To CCF! It's just damage ( PMD). Not an error.
