To CCF! I think it's a Cud. Can you get full obverse and reverse pictures?

Definitely a Cud, nice find! It's a keeper and worth a good premium.

I'm not 100% confident that this is a Cud...I can see a complete I ( as IN God....) and no weak spot on the reverse. Would need more photos from an angle to confirm.

It's incuse, so can't be a Cud.

Can't be a Cud if it is incuse as OP claims. Perhaps a planchet flaw or lamination if it is indeed chipped out.

Maybe it's just the pictures making it look incuse, but it looks raised to me. I'm going with Cud still. There's also a chance I could be wrong on it. Artkastro, are you able to retake the pictures with it being out of the 2x2?

Now with the better photos, it doesn't look like a Cud. Maybe glue or epoxy is on it?

There's no glue or epoxy .it's definitely looks like it's cracked open I'll try to get more detailed photos tomorrow. Just curious is it worth keeping or grading?

I see. I apologize for assuming it was a Cud. Now I am not sure what it is.

Looks like a flawed planchet that split after strike. Notice the striated surface where a piece chipped out.
