Solid strike, a few scattered marks, no obvious sign of cleaning. Can't really see the luster in these photos but I assume it's there.
MS-64 seems fair.

avoid overhead light as it creates glare and obscures the surfaces. in this case its difficult to determine how much luster is there and if its broke. looks like most of the marks on the cheek are more rub than actual marks. I'm going with broken luster overall without better photos. the strike is typical for this common year.

MS64 however the staining would hold the value back a tad for eye appeal.

Wow, that's nicer looking than many MS-64's out there. I've lost faith in all the TPG's. No consistency.
