XF/AU details, but it looks like it's been cleaned with acid or something.

I've always been terrible at grading Flying Eagles. This one looks to be in good shape to me. I would guess F-15. Wing tips are sharp but lacking a lot of detail in right wing and tail. That's my attempt. I'm interested to see what other people think.

I thought a lower grade but I'm also leaning toward a weak strike as evident on the right side of the reverse.

Tough one to grade. I'll go with VF-35, due to lots of feather details. Might go to EF at a grading agency.

It looks VF30 to me. EF40 would be a liberal grade.

I'm still thinking choice XF details, at least if it were TPG slabbed. Weak strikes are common, but there is very little wear on the high points(eagles breast, left wing tip). Practically all certified flying eagles I've seen below XF-40 have a significant flat spot on the eagles breast and the wing tip lines are blending. Not so on this example. However, with the cleaning, I would net it at a VF-25 or so.
