Because of the lack of detail on the clasp and hair coil I would grade this as F-12.

O-111, obverse-limited. I'm inclined to agree with echizento, maybe F-15, but in any event a very nice, trouble-free example of the grade and therefore at the upper limit of the value range for it. You noted the reverse clashing, right?
