Is this a die gouge/broken dye? Definitely a boatload of Machine Doubling on the reverse, which would make sense if there wasn't error upon striking the coin on the obverse.

Could be a strike thru, picture is a little dark, but I do not see pushed metal.

agreed, small die clash - (the 'T' of cent in front of Lincoln, MD on the reverse and possible Feeder Finger Damage on the reverse too
