That seems to be too light for silver - a US silver quarter has a smaller diameter (24.3 mm) but is heavier (6.25 grams). I would think CuNi. As for ID, it's a mystery to me.

Seeing there are no letters or numbers anywhere,

nice looking what ever it is.

I'm guessing it is a good luck piece (4 leaf clover, and horse shoes on it.)

Not even sure that it is a token, but game piece makes the most sense to me. I did see a similar piece posted in the subreddit r/guatemala for identification a couple years ago (with little success).
