But it's also not PMD since you can see die flow lines inside it. Not sure how it happened. I kept trying to make something out of a possible rotated clash from the wheat but could not. Maybe just die damage as there are other things going on around the area in question. That being said, take a closer look at the date. There is a similar doubling on the 3 on cc but the mm is in a different location. Disregard the lower circle on the 9, as I think that may be in the design after looking at other coins. -makecents- Report this Post to the Staff

There is some design doubling on this year for sure but I thought the 3 was interesting. Definitely looks like a minor RPM. Hopefully some other experts can chime in on that L feature.
