It's a pretty interesting coin supposedly struck in UK. Mintage seems to be quite confusing. Mintage is supposedly 20,000 but a good amount was removed from circulation? Market value is not terribly high. An NGC MS65 sold in a lot with three other slabbed Maldives for $100: https://www.numisbids.com/sale/9295/lot/?lot=75512 Around $10 unslabbed, even in high grade: https://www.numisbids.com/sale/7149/lot/?lot=1955 For me, that's all that matters.
