Could be, but can you please confirm that it isn't just dried glue? Maybe give it a soak in acetone. It's a little hard to tell from pictures. Thx!

Is it raised or Incused? Could be a Struck Through, or it could be glue.

This does appear to be Struck Through, but like everyone else, I think a good acetone soak would confirm it.

Thank you guys for your comments! Sorry for the confusion, struck through could be very tricky sometimes, thats why I always try to take a good images for that error because of that, but this time the images are tricking our eyes Quote: Can't tell from the photo but is that mark raised or incuse? I confirm that before I post the images with my small loupe, because when I found it I thought the same too. I take few more pictures, not sure if you will be ble to see that is incuse, I hope so. Thank you!

Thank you donnie59, yes it is struck through. Quote: I think a good acetone soak would confirm it This cent has some toning, and I have heard that acetone can remove or neutralize the toning of the coin? no sure if thats true though, but I love toning on the coins so I wouldn't like the tone go away, I added few more pictures in my last response hoping you guys can see it, but I am sure this coin is struck through error. Thank you everyone, your comments are very welcome and appreciate it.

The new pictures are pretty convincing. Looks like a legitimate Struck Through error.
