One point worth knowing: much of the doubling from 1965-1967 Kennedy half dollars is a combination of hub doubling and die doubling. Wexler does a good job of demonstrating the hub doubling. Variety Vista and CONECA listings for those coins can be confusing because they photograph both the hub and die doubling without distinguishing them. https://doubleddie.com/1141429.htmlI agree that your coin strongly resembles FS-101. I don't see the die scratch from the first T in Trust. Also, there appears to be a long die scratch from the U that seems like it would have been mentioned in a catalog listing.

Just a thought: That little die gouge atop the L seems to correspond to the VV entry for FS-103. But with SMS coins, markers can appear and disappear with considerable frequency due to repeated die polishing. The scratch from the lip does not seem to match FS-103.

Since you have the half dollar in hand, there is a lot you can see that you don't show in your photos. Compare the markers and photos on Variety Vista for the 66 BS DDO-005 and 66 SMS DDO-013. You will see your half does not match the DDO-005, but does match the DDO-013. Your half looks like it would be a SMS not a BS making it the DDO-013.
Also it was said Wexler's site does a good job of demonstrating the hub doubling...and VV can be confusing. I think Wexler's site is confusing and very incomplete, and VV does a very good job showing doubled dies, when making a Kennedy attribution.

atrox, I seem to recall from previous conversations that many of the Variety Vista CONECA DDO listings for 1966 are actually just specific die varieties of the three doubled hubs listed on Wexler. Is that not correct? I can see your point that the stripped out doubled die section on Wexler isn't that useful. But their hub doubling guide does allow one to look at the Variety Vista entries and separate out the die doubling features from the known doubled hubs.

atrox001 , I Thank you for your input , I stand corrected I went back and check again and I was able to find a faint die scratch coming off the lower lip , same as on stageB 1966 SMS ddo-013 FS-103 , but I can't see the die clash on the fore head

uruman, your half dollar looks like a stage A or early-stage B before the clash happened. You need to look for the two light die gouges next to the rim SW from I of IN. That marker can be seen on Stages A and B of the DDO-013. Look at the photo on VV.
