The so-called "godless dollars" are not, of course, actually godless - they simply moved the "In God we trust" motto to the edge, where it's harder to see. So the only truly "godless" dollars out there are mint errors, the tiny proportion of those specific coins which managed to somehow skip the edge-lettering step completely.
The only golden dollar types which have IGWT on the edge are the Presidential dollars issued in 2007 and 2008 - the first eight Presidents, Washington though to Van Buren. From 2009 (number 9) onwards, they incorporated IGWT into the obverse, in reaction against the "these coins are godless so you should boycott them" myth.
