I've been studying this nickel trying to decide if it might be something good. I know it's small, but it's in the corner like some of Brian's Varieties
There are no listed 2017D listed DDR's that I see.
I'll try and get some better pics if anyone think it necessary.
Thoughts? Look into it further, or, I'm starting to look "too hard" for errors

Thanks!.

Giving the coin an acetone bath was inconclusive (to me!).
Shows it's not gunk, but that's about it.
Here are post bath pics:

Hard to tell what it is. It could be a DDR or just gunk. Is it raised?

Edit: Fixed a typo.

Errers and Varietys

It certainly appears to be raised.
I contemplated giving it an acetone bath - perhaps I should have done that before posting!!
I'll give it a bath tonight

Dearborn

I (also) almost put that in my post!!
Since there is no clear straight edge - but then I thought maybe it's not big enough to show a straight edge.
Nickel is in acetone - I"ll post tomorrow if it changes anything

Thank You
