1883 Russia Ruble Y43 - Counterfeit Or Authentic?

Recently acquired an 1883 Russia ruble as part of a collection.

Condition is F/VF. Color and details look right, non-magnetic, passes the ping test, but coin is overweight.

Per NGC, coin should be 20.73 gams

Wondering what is an acceptable tolerance for weight variation on these or similar rubles from that era?

PS: Not posting pics (yet) because I don't want to prejudice any replies.

Wondering if there is a "known" / "preexisting" acceptable range for under/over on 19th century rubles...

These were struck with pretty high standard. Overweight in VF is just odd especially in late 1800s. I own quite a few Russian rubles and don't recall overweight silver.

I suspect something fishy.
