Not die chips, but @bill can you clarify if this linear mark is above or below the surrounding surface of the coin? It might be a an interesting strike-through depending on your answer.

I don't know, could be a strike through - I'm not seeing any re-located metal raised up alongside this feature.
Can you get a better close up Larger too if possible, maybe at a slight angle, or move the light source from top dead center to the side a bit to create small shadows?

If a scratch it should have gotten through the thin copper layer and exposed the zinc no? Possibly a strike through.

I'm going with a struck through on this one.
You can see where whatever the struck through was (possibly a hair)
separates below the two and heads in a different direction.

I don't think it's a Struck Through. I'm thinking it's something on the coin. Try giving your coin a soak in pure acetone.
