Hi everyone, my first time doing American money would like to know mintage or any other information would be appreciated, this coin seems to have doubling on lettering ( united States.

From what I see in last photo (ED STATES) that's doubled and other was struck through foreign object or PMD.

The lettering looks like Machine Doubling.

Not sure about the other area. It does appear to deviate from what the engraved design is for 1979. It could be die wear or something else. Definitely want to read more opinions on this.

I see MD in the lettered devices, and not sure on the strike through. it is a teensy bit out of focus for me to see it.
