It is Machine Doubling. On FS-801, you can clearly see notching, yours does not have this.


ADDED: The mm location is wrong too.

Once you see the mintmark is in the wrong location like @-makecents- has stated, the rest is a moot point.

Even without the mintmark position, I do not see notching on States or EPU. It seems like FG also shows strong separation on the real DDR. This looks like classic MD from that era.
