Not an expert on this subject, but I'll say no FBL. The bell seems to be weakly struck from a weak strike.

The bottom lines seem interrupted on both coins so no - Not Full Bell Lines.

In my opinion the bell lines looks very similar,
but on 1 coin pcgs gave a fbl and on the second coin didn't give a fbl.
Which coin do you think pcgs gave a fbl?
And can you point out the difference why the other coin is not getting a fbl, Should I send it in for review and try to get a fbl on the second coin?

If one is FBL, then it would be the first one. The second has a "rim ding" through the lines on the bell on the right side and the lines on the left are not distinct or separated well.

What's going on with PCGS lately? Did CAC hire their experienced graders away and PCGS had to hire newbies?
