Counter Stamp On Austrian 1 Kreuzer 1790 ?

I recently bought austrian 1 kreuzer coin thats clearly been stamped on both sides. Stamp looks like number 13.
Does anyone know anything about these ?

It's not an official counterstamp. There's no reason for a 1 kreuzer coin to have a "13" stamped on it. I can only assume someone with a "13" metal punch needed to test it on a random available piece of metal, and this coin was that random piece of metal.

Interesting counterstamp find. I believe Sap has made an accurate assumption.
