The red arrows in this are pointing to upset metal lines that seem raised above the main design/fields. I'm trying to work out of it's an oil in the die issue that permanently stained the coin, or if the toning is post production. I don't have a photo of the reverse this moment, but the toning extends onto the reverse at roughly the same points as on the obverse, but not as far onto the coin. On the reverse it's more of a partial circle of discoloration extending in from the rim at 9:00-11:00 and 1:30-3:00 just into the tail feathers and into the olive branch.

Looks like die cracks? And the dark toning can be just some kind or environmental problems/

I do see staining present. Those lines could be PMD.

Difficult to tell. The one on the left looks like it could be a crack. The other looks like a break in the toning/staining.
