I just found one in CRHing... The RedBook says it had a mintage of 8 million, so is this really a key date?

By the way, any thoughts about the grade? It's VF for ebay standards but what is it really?

I know... It's just a joke about how some semi-key dates on ebay are often sold with outrageous grades

It looks VG to me. The 1923-S Lincoln had a mintage of 8,700,000 and is not a key or semi-key date.

It is however the 16th lowest mintage in the Lincoln Cent series and with Lincoln being the 16th President...........

Congrats....a VERY tough coin to find roll searching. I call these "sub-keys", they are the next toughest to obtain after the semi-keys. I also agree, looks VG.
