The penny seems to have two rims halfway on the obverse. What do you make of it?

my understanding is that these are very common. The off center % needs to be higher and even better if any of the design is affected. But I'm still a newbie lol so hopefully one of the other members confirm if I'm correct.

It's not an Off Center strike. It's a slight Misaligned Die with a Tilted Die error or a Rim Fin. https://www.lincolncentforum.com/mi...ter-strikes/

Here's two good examples of Misaligned Dies. Note how only one side is affected? An Off Center strike would affect both sides. https://www.ebay.com/itm/175686416201

So what you've linked says that they usually don't command much of a premium but are worth keeping around?

Only a severe example, like having some letters being close to the edge or cut off will command a premium. Your example is too minor to command a premium over face value. You can keep it if you want until you find a better example, but just remember that it's only worth face value.

Keep for reference or until you find a better example.
