Hi Mike,
I agree that ideally this should be labelled differently. I'm willing to cut the seller slack for several reasons. One, the title and description are both prominently worded "proof set tribute". There doesn't seem to be any deliberate obfuscation on the vendor's part- demonstrated by the fact that it did not go for an outrageous amount for a set of copy coins. JMHO
