Hi all, is this coin doubled or what is it? Looks like he has two mouths. Also, his nose is very messed up and his neck is like nonexistent in the front. I'm not quite sure what I'm seeing here. Could somebody please shed some light on what this coin is considered error wise? And thank you for your time

No errors, the nose and neck are the result of an overpolished die
and the mouth is just from circulation hits.

It's an over polished die issue. https://goccf.com/t/323932

Wow! That's a crazy over polished die like @JimmyD stated. I'd definitely save that one in a 2x2!
