I think I see some circulation rub on the nose, so I'll go with AU.

I'm gonna call the few light spots of rub "book wear" and say MS63.

The 2x2 makes this one hard to gauge. High AU to Low MS.

the 99(O) are known for sharp strikes. i'n not seeing it here but there are exceptions. coin probably was improperly stored. eye appeal is on the low end and would affect value. based on the obverse I'm going with AU55 netting it due to the eye appeal.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I thought it may be MS, at least the reverse, and also had a unique look, so I picked it up. We will see what it looks like in hand when it comes in.

Not seeing any wear, and there aren't many contact marks. There's some abrasion on the cheek. Strike seems OK for a New Orleans Morgan. Toning looks natural if not very attractive. I'll throw out an MS-63.
