Closest match I can find to this is S-67, can anyone here confirm that? Thanks in advance.

Bumping to see if anyone can help.

I do like the circulation cameo.

The obverse is close, but the date spacing doesn't look quite right for an S-67, and the reverse is wrong. The reverse is actually an exact match for S-70. So I'm not sure. . .
