I see two lines of beads close together on the obverse and reverse, but none of my partial brockage/indent coins have that feature (granted they arent loonies)...

The indent is round, which it should be for an overlapping blank Type 2 planchet (the 11-sided shape comes from the collar die).

The double beads show it was struck twice. Once normally, and then a second time with an overlapping planchet.

A rare error type in the loon dollar series.

Ha Ha
There's a partially struck planchet somewhere with only a loon's beak on it.

and DA.

I'm always wondering how such an error can be wrapped in mint roll. The shape is not round.
