Is it just the pictures that makes it look polished? If it is messed with I'd say AU details/polished.

Reverse I think I see die scratches or clash marks ( our viewing right) but between the eagles neck and wing looks like wipe marks..  Obverse looks OK but those 2 big hits really draws your eyes to them 63 or Unc details

Just a question. The obverse photo shows scratches on the cheek that could look a bit like graffiti. I think I can make out the letter "F" in the middle of the cheek, but that could just be contact marks. Have the cheek and left obverse field been buffed to reduce or remove scratches or graffiti? Or is that just light reflection?
Everything else looks like an UNC coin to me. The cheek gouges are tough, but if the rest are just the usual contact marks, I could see this straight grading. I would be on the MS-62/MS-63 bubble, depending on what the obverse shows in hand. If the rest are just the small scratches like the reverse, MS-63. Some of those late date Morgans that survived the Pittman melt had tough life being tossed around like sacks of flour in the mint bags.

Thanks for your comments. From what I can see, they marks on the cheek are random bagmarks. In my opinion, this is clearly a dipped coin. I think it is near the borderline between market acceptable and cleaned. The luster is not booming but appears to be all there in the obverse. Luster is nicer in the reverse. As I rotate the coin and it cartwheels under the light, the luster is visible throughout the coin. To me, it looks like it falls slightly onto the market acceptable side.

the hit on the nose and under the eye have displaced metal. a TPG may detail the coin for that. PCGS would most likely call this one Genuine Code 98. to these eyes it appears that there is a weak M in front of the F. the obv appears to be cleaned or rubbed in an attempt to make it less obvious.
