Roosevelt 1978 looks like there is some error in certain part of the rim. The color of the coin on the reverse seem pale compared to the obverse. Will appreciate your opinions. Thank you.

You're grasping at straws again.
That is just common circulation damage on the rim.
The colour is just environmental toning. A coin cannot
change colour during the striking of the planchet.
Every little anomoly is not an error, in fact 99. % of them
are common damage. To save yourself time, study what
actual errors are then you can tell for yourself what is
damage and what is an error. Remember, if it doesn't occur
during the actual striking of the coin, then it is damage.

Dimes are small, so the alignment being off by a little makes it look more abnormal than on a larger coin.
