This is Probably nothing just a Bookmark or resource I may have over looked. But, I was not able to find anything about an 1989 Rev "FG" design Variety. As I am aware of the 88. Thoughts on this? I did a lot of comparison between my coins. At first I thought maybe a " Struck Through Grease" But compare to my others I have it did not look the same.
Also examined the "AM" AS well as the bottom of the Memorial. Now Left side does round off as per 88 rev design but at the same time the right is cut off as to the 89 rev design. Maybe I am over thinking it. But wanted to make sure research was completed before uploading

So I thought Id share and get some pointers on what I missed or even a new saved Fav

The more I sit and compare maybe Die Deterioration? as I cant tell on the curvature of the C if it matches the 88 or 89

I'm going with Die Deterioration.
Looks like a little bit of hook is left at bottom of G, also the inside bottom of G looks to me to have the '89 curve ('88 is a little broader)

That is a 1989 FG initial.
The serifs on the G are just weak.
Go by the shape and positioning of the F
compared to a 1988.

Looks normal to me. Ken Potter debunked the 1989 FG variety a long time ago.
Errers and Varietys.
