Nice strong DDR!
Does not have the depression along left side of the building, and, the markers by IC are slightly different. Perhaps an earlier example than the one pictured in Brian's?

I think it's a good id. Most of the gouges under the IC match. The one that doesn't could have been bumped in circulation, gotten partly clogged with compacted grease, or deformed with continued striking. The DDR feature itself looks spot on. I also agree that your coin looks like an earlier die state than the listing.

Nice find, and good work on the identification. =)
