Will ANACS, Cac, NGC, ICG Gain Value In Future?

RWC112 Valued Member United States 172 Posts	Posted 09/08/2025 6:27 pm I have used 3 different grading companies CAC, PCGS, ANACS. I like the ANACS they were fast accurate (some claim more accurate the PCGS) CAC is fast as well but I think too low on grades. PCGS has been known to be too liberal on grades and expensive and turnaround can take some time. NGC I haven't dealt with yet plan to soon. ICG I think is not on my radar rite now and forget SEGS. What dou you think will happen in the future will PCGS lose it crown as the premier grading company? will CAC avs ANACS become the standard? Report this Post to the Staff

Main reason being they are respected in the marketplace and have the most solid reputation. The others have not stood the test of time. Putting money to CACG would be similar to gambling in meme crypto with the service being new to the industry. Who knows if CACG would stand with reputability in 30 years... To me the advantage of having a graded coin from these two services is that the coin is authenticated as opposed to raw coins of the same grade. I will pay more for a slab coin. RWC112 Valued Member United States 172 Posts	Posted 09/08/2025 9:37 pm I am grading all US coins and some Sovern coins from around the world mostly Morgans I have PCGS and Peace dollars CAC and PCGS ANACS I like for roll hunting finds as the error printed on the label doesn't cost anything and only 20.00 for coins under 100.00 value after grading I like ANACS Report this Post to the Staff
