Found these the other day, the 1960-d is an rpm but I'm not sure if the 1994-d is an rpm or damage. All input will be appreciated.

Impossible for the 1994-D to be a RPM. The mint marks are applied to the master die since 1990.

The 1960-D looks like a tilted one. They are harder to identify as they may/may not be listed. I've got many rolls that I've not found listed yet. Sometimes they are just too minor to list. Other times a great marker helps a lot. Try coppercoins.com/ search and see what choices you may have close to your location of the mint mark/spread exactly of the punchings and then strong markers that might help to identify that you are on the same die. Of course not all markers happen at the same time on dies. Some come go (die scratches) some fade away with continued use (die scratches and die dot in the fields)/die cracks progressively get worse with continued use and some opposite dies may be replaced. So start with the tilting search first and go from there.

I'm not at all knowledgeable in this area, but it looks like the MM has a piece broken off and still attached.
