Looks like a minor Greaser. Grease filled the numbers in question on the die and when struck they do not show up on the coin. Face value or a very slight increased value.

Looks like a small date to me and poss. rpm. Need close up picture to confirm that. I also agree with grease on die, but if it is small date then coin has a little more value.

Usually minor Grease Filled Dies don't command a premium.
Thee has to be a lot more of the area filled before there is any added value.

with Dearborn...large date. But the poster should look into it and rpm further ( photos not sharp enough be be 100% sure and can't enlarge the photo)
