I was looking through my banknotes last night, and I saw my first $5 note. I noticed the prefix was AA91 and so I went to check it out in my McDonalds book. I couldn't find any trace of the note at all. Nothing until 1992 apparantly.
Does anyone know what the deal is?, or am I missing something?
I would really appreciate some help if anyone knows what the deal with this note is..

Kindest Regards to all, and thankyou for your help.

The prefix's for notes printed in 1992 were AA00 through to AB19. Your note is within this range. It wasn't until 1993 that the year was used as the prefix.

Ahhhhh, thanks mate.
I really appreciate your help. I am not too cluey when it comes to notes, just getting into them, really.
I must say, in regards to that note, I liked the older colour sceme better, very mild on the colour, not too dark. The new scheme is a little too overpowering. But oh well.

Thanks again Sean.
