This one is interesting, haven't seen this before. It almost looks like the die might have had micro holes in it. What do you all think?

This is a common thing with zinc pennies.
Nothing good, nor valuable.

Zinc bubbles are quite common on all 1982 1/2 and after cents.
There was a problem with the bonding between the zinc
core and the copper plating.

As stated just plating bubbles. It's very common on copper plated zinc cents. No premium.

Common on the early Plated zinc planchets. They didn't have a washing system for the zinc planchets and they were full of zinc dust before the plating process.
