Looks like they didn't do a very good job of polishing the clash off the reverse die causing the light remnant to remain. Nice find!

Cool find! It helps to have coins in good condition to find these small date clashes. The link I gave you before breaks down the obverse and reverse clashes by color code. The yellow numbers are obverse clashing and the red numbers are reverse clashing. Makes it a little easier to narrow it down when searching.

I went through everyone of those before posting.
I couldn't make a match.
A couple were close (I should've written them down!). I imagine the examples on MAD were before the die polishing (?)

Actually, most have been polished to some extent, just missing some of the clashing. Yours could be one of those but not showing as much after polishing and it could be a new one, considering how many there are.
