I can read lots of postings about roll hunters who order box roll at your local bank.

I just wonder which wrappers are used for the roll from box?
plastic wrapper? NF string white wrapper? or NF string gray wrapper?
pls let me know your experience. thanks.

It depends on what I get. Coin smaller that a 50 cent piece come wrapped in the clear plastic Brinks rolls. Halves are wrapped in in a white paper wrapper with greenish brown trim and writing. No brand name on them though. I am located in the middle of eastern N.C.

I only started some roll searching with a box of halves and nickels.
The nickels were clear and the halves were paper wrapped.
I find the paper easier to work with by opening one end. They are then easy to refill and bring back to another bank.

It depends on the bank that gets them for you. They have the option of ordering in paper or plastic.
