1980-D Jefferson Nickel / Extra Thick Lettering, Doubled?

Yes, there is circulation flattening and some Die Deterioration going on. BUT, it looks interesting, especially on the reverse. Closest I could find (with D mint mark) was a "Distorted and Distended Hub Doubling" for 1981D on Brian's (His listing for 1980P is also somewhat similar to this) https://www2.briansvarietycoins.com...tings/cat/54 So what are your thoughts? I could see where it should be checked for a doubled die, but that melted texture says DDD all the way. Incidentally, I have examples of both 1981-D WDDR-001 and WDDR-002.
