Mintmark position is a good place to start. https://goccf.com/t/252833&whichpage=2 Coin 1 might be genuine, but coin 2 looks fake. Doing an overlay of the subject coin and the known genuine mintmark positions would be best.

I would have to agree with above, it appears that coin2 2 MM is too high to start with..

Coin 2 needs to be compared with the second photo, not the third. The third photo has an odd angle. It looks kinda okay to me. The hits and corrosion make it look yucky, they also could be hiding some shenanigans.

Still looks a little high to me. Plus, the D is not rotated counterclockwise as in the genuine example.

Looks like the mintmark is still too high no matter which picture you look at.
EDIT: I'd say send it in but do you want to chance wasting all of the grading fees?

The verdigris around the MM and date on Coin 2 rings many alarm bells. Also, does it have the VDB on the shoulder, or remnants of it?

Showed the coins to a pro, he said what most of u were saying. Number 1 looks genuine. He said number 2 is struck counterfeit. Thanks for all your help
