2004 Debris Or Not Debris? With Your Input Are There Other Errors?

From my visual inspection I thought the third/fourth image was carbon/rot.
It Looks like some form of glue or whatever. Then I saw around the foreign object what appears the impression that normally goes with these coins. If it was an object would there not be any impression around it. Probably just PMD or such.
The other images of the same coin seem crazy. Doubling? I see split serif and notching and is that a double eye?
Please let me know.

I forgot to mention that the Cud on the coin is near/on the rim.

Looks like stuck crud and a Linear Plating Bubble or a hit.

Thanks for the input. I said Cud and meant Strike through.
It has an Aurora around the debris.
I was researching found foreign debris and the closest I got was grease. But that wouldn't have a hard glass like appearance.
