I'll guess AU-55. I do see some circulation wear like Maine Member pointed out. I was wrong about it being MS.

Obverse does show some signs of wear so I am at AU.

If that is a gouge on the right side field it may fall to AU details.

AU55. chance she was cleaned. A couple markers. the duller surfaces but not completely removed, in the field in front of the nose looks like someone was attempting to remove something or make the scratches less prevalent. the toning may not be original. original toning tends to transition smoothly so possible AT, the scratch is bigger concern.

Yes that is a gouge on obverse. I got this coin at a coin show awhile back as a freebie if you will for purchasing a rare date I have not posted to this forum yet. I agree toning looks altered. But I think the gouge and the tone give it a rebellious look lol
