the 86(O) is the first year where you start seeing weak/soft strikes.she looks like she was improperly stored and may have an older cleaning.
the darker streaks on the reverse like to the left of the wing could be lacquer. i'd soak her in acetone to see what it cleans up. the only negative could be that it would highlight the scratches on the obv
