I'm thinking Machine Doubling. It looks reduced in size and shelf like in appearance. Machine Doubling is very common on proof coinage as they struck more than once.
Errers and Varietys.

Look at what? you are posting less and less of the coins you have. that above looks like Machine Doubling. But without more of the coin to look at, some determinations can be difficult. It is customary to post up FULL coin images of both sides when posting. Additionally, have you tried to attribute this to any known RPM's? For us, it is next to impossible, because MM placement under the date is imperative - something you FAILED to show in your initial post above.

I only posted this image because this is my question. I visited "Wexler site" and found some information about this phenomenon. 1970 S Lincoln Cent is another interesting phenomenon. And even in proof coin RPM does occur; Wexler says.

You are also posting photos of a scope screen. In the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.

This scope is not pc compatible. If this forum's rules and policy do not allow posting the scope screen, then I will have to stop posting. Sorry.

Quote: This scope is not pc compatible. Use a memory card. You can get memory card readers that will work on PC, Mac, Android, iPhone, etc. You can get a card and a USB reader for less than $20.

Nice scope, but looking on Amazon, your scope does have PC support via USB cable. Quote: PC Support : The KoolertronMicroscope also supports real-time viewing when connected to a computer via USB cable, and the zoom effect is displayed on a larger screen, making it easy for multiple people to observe at the same time or by Micro SD Card: Quote: Save and Export Images and Videos : This Coin Microscope is equipped with a Micro SD card slot. You can save the images and videos obtained during observation to the card and output them. This microscope is equipped with 32G Micro-SD card (maximum support 128G Micro SD card) But for me I just use my cell phone for 99% of my images.
