I thought I found a typo on Numista but apparently the weight is correct.

You Canadians have it good, other countries only put 31.1g silver in their 1oz coins.

Could the extra weight be due to the rhodium plating?

The 2021 coin is not plated. The mention of plating on Numista is referring to the 2020 coin.
